Booking policy:

a 50% deposit is required to make a booking

the balance is due 7 days before arrival (an email reminder will be sent)
Cancellation policy:

15 days or more before arrival – full refund can be issued

14 days or less before arrival date – deposit is refundable (50% of the total booking charge) or the option to transfer your stay to another date at management discretion

7 days or less than arrival date – no refund due
